Deliver flawless 5 star service to guests. Be highly visible during peak trading periods - particularly later in the week - when guests expect nothing short of exceptional. Your Credentials Proven success within boutique and 4-5 star hotel environments (essential), with strong exposure to premium restaurant operations. Passionate Restaurant Manager who is a confident, professional with the focus to inspire, create meaningful & memorable guest experiences. Exceptional leadership capability, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Strong commercial and operational acumen, across the day to day restaurant operations. A natural eye for detail and a commitment to service standards synonymous with five-star hospitality.
